Nova Foundations introduces players ages 6–8 to a fun and engaging club environment focused on technical development, confidence on the ball, movement, and enjoyment of the game. Designed for players of all experience levels, sessions use games and age-appropriate activities to develop ball mastery, coordination, decision-making, creativity, and overall athletic ability.
With weekly sessions and an affordable, low-commitment format, Nova Foundations provides families with an accessible introduction to the Nova FC environment while helping players build confidence, improve their technical ability, and establish strong foundations for future development.
