THE GROWTH PLAN
FOUNDATION SEASON
Pre-Academy (Ages 3–5) and Development Phase (Ages 6–8) established. Core methodology and culture set.
PATHWAY EXPANSION
U-9 / U-10 age groups introduced as inaugural players progress. First small-sided competitive formats introduced.
COMPETITIVE STRUCTURE
Full competitive team roster formed from within the pathway. Players enter league play with years of consistent development behind them.
LONG-TERM VISION

As our inaugural players grow, we will expand into U-10, U-12, U-14 and beyond — always within the same club methodology.
