HOW IT
WORKS
REGISTER & CONFIRM ATTENDANCE
Complete the registration form and confirm your attendance for the clinic. This lets us prepare the right environment and group sizes for the day.
COMPLETE WAIVER & MEDICAL FORMS
You will receive links to the participation waiver and a short medical information form. Both must be completed before clinic day — participation is not possible without them.
RECEIVE YOUR CHECK-IN LINK
Once all forms are complete and we have everything we need — including your child's medical information — we'll review your registration and send a check-in link if we believe we can provide the right environment for your child. Only plan to attend once you've received it.
CHECK IN ON THE DAY
Arrive during your age group's arrival window with check-in already completed. Players go straight into the session — no waiting, no admin on the day.

There are no coaches standing on the sideline with clipboards, watching and judging. Our coaches are on the pitch, leading sessions, interacting with every single child — because that's exactly what we do every week at Nova FC.
