Over the past few years, many of you have trusted us with your children through SFC Bayside. Together, we've built something we're incredibly proud of—a place where thousands of training sessions, countless smiles, and meaningful relationships have been formed. None of that would have been possible without the support of families like yours, and for that, we're truly grateful.
Everything we've experienced through SFC Bayside has reinforced something we've believed from the very beginning: that there was an opportunity to do even more for youth soccer within our community.
Coaching has never simply been about running training sessions for us. It's always been about creating opportunities for young players, building a stronger soccer community, and expanding access to the game for as many children as possible.
That vision is what led us to create Nova FC.
Nova FC isn't a departure from what we've built through SFC Bayside—it's an extension of it.
It allows us to build on the foundations we've established over the years while creating a long-term pathway where we can have greater continuity and influence over a player's journey from their earliest experiences in the game.
We're intentionally beginning with children aged 3–8 because we believe those first experiences matter most. The confidence children build, the habits they develop, and the environment they're introduced to during those early years can shape their relationship with the game for years to come. As Nova FC grows, so too will the pathway and opportunities available to the families we serve.
We also recognize that Nova FC may not be something every SFC Bayside family will be directly involved with. Many of your children have grown with us, moved into different stages of their soccer journey, or simply fall outside the age groups we're currently serving.
Even so, we hope you'll continue following and supporting what we're building. Whether your family is directly involved with Nova FC or not, you've played an important role in helping us reach this point, and we're excited to share this next chapter with the community that has supported us from the very beginning.
With enrollment for our inaugural season now underway, we're also beginning conversations with a small number of businesses that may be interested in becoming Founding Community Partners.
We're not simply looking for businesses to place logos on shirts. We're looking to build genuine, long-term relationships with organizations that share our commitment to supporting children, families, and the local community. Ideally, we're looking to partner with businesses that serve a similar audience and believe in investing back into the communities they serve.
Our Founding Community Partners will have opportunities for recognition across training shirts, match jerseys, field signage, digital advertising, our website, social media platforms, and future events and initiatives. Through our year-round training programs, clinics, camps, and recurring programming, we engage with hundreds of local families while continuing to introduce new families to our organization throughout the year. These partnerships allow businesses to be part of that journey while supporting opportunities for young players within our community.
